Cancellation Policy
*Our float services are reserved especially for you. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your float appointment less than 24 hours prior to its start time, a fee of $39 will be charged. "No call, no shows" will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. If you are coming in with a gift certificate for services, the certificate will be marked as used. We are closed on Mondays, so Tuesday cancellations need to be done by 7:00 pm on Sunday. You can also cancel your own floats online through our online booking system as long is it's at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Please check weather forecasts, especially in the winter, and reschedule your float at least 24 hours in advance if predicted bad weather would cause you to not be able to drive here for your float. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment, as we can not adversely affect other guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule your float session. We may not be able to shorten your session and cannot delay the next one. If you are 5 minutes late and you have not called us to let us know, we reserve the right to give your float room away to walk-in guests. Nobody wants that, so please be on time and give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason. Please respect our time as we will always respect yours!

Refunds and Rescheduling
Please let us know if you are unhappy with any product or service obtained at Float Madison. We hope everyone has a great experience while they are here, and we take feedback very seriously. If there is ever an issue, we want to make it right for you!
For services received at Float Madison, please let us know of any problems as promptly as possible. Refunds for un-used floats are at your request but have a 90 day limit from time of purchase. If you cancel an appointment reservation, we will assume that you intend to re-book and will keep any prepaid service credits on your account, unless you specifically request a refund. Refunds must be handled over the phone or in person. We do not grant refunds for scheduled floats which were cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointments.
Most float credits and gift certificates expire five years from date of purchase.
Some of our promotional offers for discounted floats and gift certificates have a shorter expiration date which will be detailed at the time of purchase prior to purchasing. You can also refer to receipts for the expiration date or reach out to us and we'll provide it for you.
